Annual General Meeting—April 10, 2025
Doors open at 5:30 PM, Dinner at 6:00 PM, AGM at 7:00 PM
Join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a catered community dinner!
Stay tuned to our website and Facebook page for registration details. A refundable deposit will be required to attend the dinner. Everyone is welcome at the AGM, but you must register for the meal. If you’re not a member yet, no problem! You can purchase a membership at the door to gain voting rights.
Special Guests
We’re excited to host special guest speakers during dinner, including representatives from the Calder Library, Kara, and our elected officials.

This year, we’re especially looking for a Secretary and new community members to join as Members at Large to learn more about the league and help support our events and initiatives.
