Refunds outside of the CGSA policy, will be on a case-by-case basis and up to Kensington Community League.

That I may be asked to leave during any practice or game if I am deemed to be acting inappropriately or putting any other person in danger, at the discretion of the team officials, referees or any CGSA representative

That KCL has a ZERO tolerance policy for gossip, bullying, drama, or belittling of players, referees or coaches and if my player or any of their family is found in breach of this the player MAY lose the right to continue playing for the team until the matter is heard before the executive board.

My child plays soccer for their benefit not mine, and I will not question the judgment or calls of the referees or coaches, including cards and playtime. If I have concerns, I will follow the complaint procedure found on cgsa.ca
