CGSA Indoor Soccer Registration 2026–2027

Welcome to Kensington Community League soccer. Please complete one form per player so we can place teams, share schedules, and keep everyone safe.

What you will need: player details and parent or guardian contact information, medical notes or allergies, an emergency contact, jersey size, and proof of age if requested.

Season overview: the indoor season runs through fall and winter. Final practice and game schedules will be sent after teams are formed. Sessions take place at local gyms or indoor turf facilities and may vary by age group.

Fees and payment: current fees and payment instructions appear at the end of this form and in your confirmation email. Financial assistance is available through KidSport and Canadian Tire Jumpstart. If you plan to apply, indicate this in the form and we will follow up.

Volunteer options: volunteering helps keep costs low. You can select roles in this form. Some roles include a discount or bond program.

Equipment: non-marking indoor shoes, shin guards, and a water bottle are required. Team jerseys are provided or arranged before the first game.

Policies: CGSA player placement and refund policies apply. Your confirmation email will include the details. A parent or guardian code of conduct and photo consent are included in this form.

Privacy: information is collected by Kensington Community League for registration, team placement, scheduling, and emergency communication, and will not be shared outside league operations.
